Where RAS are appointed as the QS Consultant these services allows the client a faster design procurement route.

Construction work valuation
Construction work valuation for developments which have been unfinished, suspended, terminated or demonstrable altered from their original design can be a difficult to value using traditional or existing contract arrangements.
RAS, through a combination of arbitration and investigation, have been able to value unfinished, suspended, terminated or altered works on a number of projects in the UAE and have formulated an approach which offers fair calculated valuations which aim to avoid claims and/or counter claims by all developers and contractors.
Contract Termination
Contract Termination can also become difficult to execute where the PM’s or Engineers originally appointed to oversee that contract have their own services terminated and therefore lack the motivation to ensure that termination is executed correctly in the interests of the contract. RAS are happy to advise and execute such terminations in the interest of an employer. |
