First established in 1996 by Riyadh Abusbeih in The United Kingdom, the practice continually expanded its activities and staff resources. In 2003 the Abu Dhabi Office was opened, in 2005 new partnership was incorporated and currently encompasses Three Offices operating in UAE and another office in Amman – Jordan.

                                                

The diverse specialization and wide ranging experience of the staff have provided the practice with substantial resources enabling the firm to maintain high quality services .The founding members have vast experience in the field of professional Quantity Surveying, covering all types of projects ranging from Buildings, Roads and Civil Engineering, including both Pre and Post contract services and also having experience in the various forms of contracts such as FIDIC,NEC, ICE, JCT, etc. together with the local and regional forms in use. 

 

Professional expertise and experience; commitment to client's requirements; the ability to work as part of a project team; the willingness and ability to provide our clients with independent contractual and cost and procurement advice, together with cost management services, including implications of design changes and value engineering; have enabled the practice to develop into one of the leading consultancies across the complete spectrum of Cost Consultancy Disciplines.
